Jolokia "Ghost" Pepper Sauce Super Hot!
This is a fiery blend of chile peppers in a thick and tangy sauce. Very hardy. Featuring the Bhut Jolokia Pepper or Ghost Pepper and a blend of other hot chile peppers. Very Hot heat level - but not insane. Excellent eating sauce on sandwiches, soups, stews, chili, pizza, veggies, Tex-Mex, eggs or use as a marinade on fish and chicken.
Ingredients: Peppers, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, onion, jolokia pepper, spices and xanthan gum. NO MSG. Naturally Gluten Free.

The packaging says it all: Bustin' with Flavor. The deep smoky chipolte flavor on the front end, followed by all the Ghost pepper heat which lingers on really makes this sauce a phenominal value, drop for drop. The beauty of going off the charts with the heat is that you can use less of it to achieve a desired effect than say habenaro or jalapeno sauces.
