Refund policy

At SuckleBusters, we’re serious about quality and safety. Because our products are food items, and for health reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something’s not right with your order—like if it arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item—please reach out to us at orders@sucklebusters.com within a few days of receiving it. We’ll make it right.

If possible, include a brief description and a photo so we can sort it out quickly.

Special Case Refunds

In rare situations where we do approve a refund, please note: it can take up to 14 business days for the money to show up in your account. This delay depends entirely on your bank or credit card company’s processing times—we don’t have control over that part, but we’ll always process things on our end as quickly as possible.
