First you taste sweet, then spicy-tangy mustard and it finishes with a nice slow burn. The sauce is excellent on sausage, chicken and makes the best pulled pork sandwiches in the world! Its thick and rich which makes a good baste or marinade on ribs, pork and briskets, used before applying the rub.
